Choose Energy leased 3,096 square feet of office space at Headquarters 1, located at 7800 North Dallas Parkway. Jack Allen of Wellington Realty represented the tenant. Wellington Realty negotiated an advantageous lease to accommodate the company’s need for premium finish out and, Class-A location, and flexibility as it experiences rapid growth.
“Seeing as Choose Energy has a ‘Silicon Valley meets Texas Energy’ vibe, they wanted premiere office space with a finish out that reflects their fun yet hard-working and tech savvy company culture and a location to attract educated professionals flocking to the area. The firm is growing, and the talent pool in the North Texas area is deep,” said Jack Allen, partner, Wellington Realty. “Aside from reducing our client’s operating costs with an advantageous lease structure, proximity to restaurants, recreation, retail, and entertainment in a Class-A setting was crucial for Choose Energy, and we accomplished that at Headquarters 1.”
