Family Office will occupy prime office space in Downtown’s Thanksgiving Tower
DALLAS, December 7, 2015 – Wellington Realty, a commercial real estate services company serving the four major markets in Texas, announced the successful completion of a leasing transaction for Black Shark Family Investments, a family office. Black Shark Family Investments has leased 9,670 square feet of office space in Thanksgiving Tower, a 50-story skyscraper located in Downtown Dallas. Jack Allen with Wellington Realty represented the tenant. Brokers Mike Dement and Sam Meginnis represented the landlord, Altschuler & Company.
Thanksgiving Tower is in the midst of a $30 million renovation to its lobbies and common areas. Black Shark Family Investments selected the landmark building for its outstanding walkability within the vibrant Main Street District, putting them in close proximity to residential developments, amenities such as restaurants, retail, hotels, public transportation, and quick access to downtown’s pedestrian tunnel system.
