Suzanne Chandler serves as the Director of Property Management at Wellington Realty, bringing over 15 years of experience in operations and team leadership. She is responsible for overseeing on-site staff across the property management portfolio, ensuring that all building operations are compliant with management agreements and aligned with ownership goals. Suzanne plays a key role in achieving financial performance targets, maintaining high standards of property upkeep, and ensuring each asset is effectively managed and maintained.

In addition to her operational leadership, Suzanne contributes to human resources functions at both the corporate and on-site levels, supporting team development and organizational efficiency. Her strategic approach and commitment to excellence drive strong results for the company.

 

 

Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, grandsons, and French bulldogs. She also loves cooking, traveling, and pursuing new adventures from her bucket list.
