Kathy Epperson joined Wellington Realty as Director of Property Management in 2023. She comes to Wellington with over 20-years of Community Management experience. Kathy has managed property throughout the DFW Metroplex and Alaska.
Kathy has many awards and accolades for her leadership and commitment to excellence. She holds leadership positions within the Industry for a more educated management population.
