Ayle Byers joined Wellington Realty in 2020 as Office Administrator and is now Head of Hiring and part of the Accounting team. Her responsibilities include interviewing prospects to join the team, coordinating scheduling at the different properties under Wellington Realty, and managing accounts under said properties.
Prior to joining Wellington Realty, Ayle was in the medical field working to provide in-home therapy for special needs children and translating therapy sessions for non-English speaking families.
Ayle is fluent in both Spanish and English which greatly influences her day to day tasks and facilitates communication for the company. Her previous experience as a medical biller has made for a smooth transition into the Accounting team.
Ayle was part of her school's Speech and Debate team, as well as a Historian and Event Planner for her school’s orchestra and AVID group. She was part of the Plano Youth Police and completed high school early through homeschooling.
Outside of work she enjoys long walks through Target, exploring new restaurants, and photography
