Investment Sales Associate – Multifamily

Job Description

Under general supervision of the multi-family investment sales team, provides basic financial analysis for real estate transactions. Produces investment packages for capital sources; conducts underwriting of disposition and acquisition opportunities, perform financial modeling, coordinates acquisition and disposition due diligence.

  • Prospects for new client relationships and networks with other industry professionals
  • Preparation and conduction of written and oral presentations
  • Research local markets and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Provides basic financial analysis for real estate transactions
  • Produces investment packages for capital sources
  • Conducts underwriting of disposition and acquisition opportunities
  • Perform financial modeling, coordinates acquisition and disposition due diligence
  • Cash flow analysis, summary documentation and spreadsheets
  • Review legal real estate documentation: i.e. leases, corporate financial statements
