Candice Silver was born and raised in the heart of Dallas, Texas. As the Executive Assistant for Wellington Realty, Candice ensures the operation of the company runs smoothly with her experience supporting top executives and a track record of strong performances in high-pressure environments.  

 

After completing her education at the University of Texas at Dallas, Candice found her passion in real estate. She started her career as a residential real estate agent that soon led her to the mortgage industry. During her time in mortgage, Candice was a digital marketing manager where she ran social media campaigns and project managed all paid digital channel support. Thereafter, she was given the opportunity to join a mortgage loan processing team where she handled a large monthly pipeline of 50+ customers refinancing and/or purchasing their next home. With her extensive knowledge in real estate, Candice loves that Wellington Realty specializes in commercial real estate, focusing on a variety of products, services, and price points. When Candice met David Shaffer and business partner, Caleb Jones, she instantly knew that the opportunity to be David’s assistant would be the perfect culture fit with a strong shared interest in real estate.

 

In her spare time, Candice enjoys being with her family and friends. Her hobbies include interior decorating, swimming, boating, and loves traveling to knew places. She also loves food and trying new restaurants around the city.
